The amber colored wildflower honey contains an innumerable quantity of flowers that bloom simultaneously such as mint, clover, solidago, acacia, sweet clover and many others. It is in fact defined as millefiori as it cannot be classified as monofloral due to the union of several concomitant blooms. The aroma is intense and the taste is sweet and persistent. It is a versatile honey to be used in hot drinks or spread on bread. Harvesting in Tuscany takes place from June to September. After the honey extraction with mechanical centrifugation, it is left to decant, then filtered and packaged without ever undergoing heat preservation treatments.
