Propolis is a resinous, gummy and balsamic substance collected by bees on the buds and bark of trees, transported to the hive and transformed. Usage

Apply 5-6 sprays 2-3 times a day or as needed. It can be taken in different ways: on a little sugar, with a little honey, on a piece of bread or biscuit, or it can be taken directly into the throat.
