Multi-flower honey is harvested in the summer months in our Tuscany and contains an innumerable quantity of flowers that bloom at the same time (mint, clover, goldenrod, acacia, melilot...). In fact, 'multi-flower' honeys are defined as those that cannot be classified as monofloral as they are the result of the union of different concomitant blooms. For this reason, multi-flower honey is the honey that best expresses the richness and typicality of a territory, summarized by the bees in a splendid harmony of color and flavor. As a honey, it is excellent for desserts and exquisite in milk in the morning. Precisely because of its rather heterogeneous characteristics, it pairs with all types of cheese.
