This section contains the general terms and conditions of sale pursuant to the law. These conditions are to be considered valid until they are modified or integrated by Apinfiore Srl. The updated version of the general conditions is the one published on the site, any changes will become effective from the date of publication on the site. Browsing the site and/or purchasing products implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Prices
All prices of the Products published on apinfiore.com are expressed in Euros and include VAT. They do not include any taxes, duties and charges applicable in the country of destination of the Products, where this is different from Italy, which will be borne by the Customer.
Apinfiore Srl reserves the right to change the price of the Products at any time, without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be the one indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed and that no account will be taken of any variations (increases or decreases) subsequent to the transmission of the same, except for increases imposed by law relating to taxes, duties and duties.
In the event that a Product is offered on the Site at a discounted price, the full reference price on which the discount is calculated will be indicated in the Product Sheet.
Guarantee and withdrawal
Purchases made on the apinfiore.com website are governed by Italian law on mail order and distance selling. If you have made a mistake in your order and have received an item that you did not want, or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product and being reimbursed for the cost of the products purchased net of delivery and cash on delivery costs (where applicable).
You can exercise the right of withdrawal in several ways:
- By registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the following address: Apinfiore Srl Via Friuli 12, 56021 Cascina – PISA, Italy.
- If you have a certified email account (PEC), simply write to: apinfioresrl@lamiapec.it
As required by current legislation, emails sent from a PEC account have the value of a registered letter.
By sending an email to the email address: commerciale@apinfiore.com provided that the communication of withdrawal is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours and for this purpose the date and time indicated on the postmark will be valid.
The products must be returned perfectly intact and suitably packaged, in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories.
The package must be carefully packaged for return (in the presence of fragile objects it is recommended to insert newspaper or other protective material) and insert inside a copy of the invoice received. The return is at the customer's expense.
Apinfiore Srl, once received the goods, will inspect them and proceed with the refund within 14 days if there are no problems with the returned products. If the products are damaged during transport and the returned items are no longer compliant with the sale itself, no refund will be issued.
For supplements and cosmetics: the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on all products that risk deterioration or rapid expiration – this category includes both food products and cosmetics, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage.

Damaged products
In case of receiving damaged goods, the customer must communicate the problem encountered within and no later than 5 working days by sending an email to commerciale@apinfiore.com, citing in the subject of the email "damaged items and the reference order number"
If you receive a damaged item, you must keep the original box and packaging, taking care to photograph the damaged items correctly.
If a damaged package is received from the courier, the customer must sign with reservation, or refuse the package by communicating the problem encountered to commerciale@apinfiore.com.
