To start accumulating loyalty points you need to be registered on the website www.apinfiore.com, we therefore recommend that you create an account on our website before or during your next order.

How points collection works
- The number of points is calculated on the subtotal of each order (handling and shipping costs excluded).
- For every EURO spent the customer gets 1 loyalty point, the number of points accumulated will be visible in the reserved area.
- Every 10 points accumulated you get 1 Euro discount.
Attention! The discount is not automatic
How to redeem your points
- The minimum threshold to redeem accumulated points is 100 points which correspond to a €10 discount.
- To redeem your points, simply access your reserved area and from the section MY LOYALTY POINTS and generate a GOOD PURCHASE based on the amount of points you intend to scale later.
Example procedure: I have 125 points accumulated > I choose to deduct only 110 points > I generate a VOUCHER of €11 > I use the VOUCHER generated in the next order directly from the payment page.
PURCHASE COUPONS can also be generated automatically during the payment procedure, if the number of points accumulated is above the minimum threshold for redemption of 100 points.
Points expire
- Accumulated points expire after 180 days (6 months) of account inactivity on the www.apinfiore.com website.
- Every time new points are accumulated or a PURCHASE VOUCHER is generated, the number of days of validity is reset to 180 days..
- The PURCHASE COUPONS generated do not expire, they can be used for any order in whole or in part.
