Honeycomb Honey is the most authentic and natural process of honey itself. The honeycomb is a grouping of hexagonal wax cells made directly by bees to stow and store both honey and pollen.
The beekeeper usually removes the honeycomb to collect the honey, then centrifuging the honeycomb in the honey extractor.
In this case, the honeycomb was put in jars together with acacia honey so as to leave a unique and authentic flavor. A really tasty experience!
The honeycomb wax, quite edible and pleasant, can be consumed with a spoon, it can be eaten completely or if it is not particularly appreciated, it can be chewed and discarded. The honeycomb wax also promotes the natural functions of the intestine. It does not alter absolutely in honey.
